1. No Returns or Refunds on Delivered Orders
- Once an order is delivered, no returns or refunds are accepted.
- This is because of food safety and hygiene standards.
2. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled or modified only within 15 minutes of placement.
- After 15 minutes, cancellations are not possible as preparation begins immediately.
3. Refunds (in limited cases)
- Full refund if:
- Payment is made but the order cannot be fulfilled (e.g., out of stock, delivery issue on our end).
- Payment verification fails and order is not processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If the delivered package is visibly damaged or you received the wrong items, contact us immediately (within 1 hour of delivery) with photos and order number.
- We will investigate and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion (subject to verification).
5. Storage Responsibility
- Customers must follow our storage guidelines:
- Fresh meat: Refrigerate and cook within 48 hours.
- Marinated meat: Consume within 24-36 hours.
- We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage.
